Smooth Medium

I would disagree with the previous reviewer regarding the roast level. It is not dark. However, the flavor is less acidic than you might find in most medium roasts. I find the description of the profile to be accurate, and it has instantly become my favorite washed seed.

I loved this blend so much I made it my one and only (for now) from Trade. It’s both flavorful and mellow, makes a great Americano.

don't like dark roast

I do not like dark roast. I expected a medium to light roast. I was disappointed.
