Black Pearls, Sprinkles & Non-Pareils

I didn't realize these were more like a paper. But they are tiny, little glittery stars that will be pretty. Probably better on a buttercream than a royal icing - I'm assuming. Thinking they may sort of disappear in royal, but would be good on a cupcake.
