Numatic Henry PPR240 Commercial Vacuum Cleaner

Absolutly love it! It's light, quiter than any other vacuums I've ever tried. It'one powerful machine. Being able to vacuum higher up without having to lift the vacuum itself to get the reach is awesome. I have heard of the Henrys but never had a chance to give it a go. I borrowed a friends and that sealed the deal to buy one.

The Vacuum itself is great, with lots of suction and quiet operation. The Numatic 12" Combination Carpet and Bare Floor Tool is a disappointment. I vacuum a lot of pet and long human hair (mainly pet hair)on hard floors, which clogs the tool. This is mainly due to the hard bristle material, I think. It is not easy to clean, so I am using a floor tool with horse hair now. This is way easier to clean. The Stainless Steel Wand has an air flow regulator right where my hand goes most of the time. So, I always adjust the air, even if I don't want to. This is annoying.

This vacuum and bags were for our daughter, who works in the post construction business. She loves the Henry and says it is all they use in their business. Thank you for the top notch service.
