RE-RUN: Special Edition Men's Tarkine AUTOPILOT BURST

Every aspect a delight. From the purchase, delivery, unboxing (rad design on the actual box even...kudos) and aesthetics of the AutoPilot. Bei ng a Re-Run I did have lower product quality expectations, but that just simply isn't the case, they are as good as new. The shies themselves, also top drawer! For me kind of a blend between the Novablast 3 (which I loved) and a Hoka Skyflow (also a good shoe). Strikes a blend of stack height with cushion that's not too plush or firm, nice energy return and relatively strong stability aspects, too. This is very much going to be my do it all shoe. A whether Having run in shoes by most of the established international brands, I can say with absolute confidence that Tarkine's are the most comfortable, well made and biomechanically sophisticated high mileage trainers of any of their competitors. They are superbly constructed for neutral gait runners, are free from any of the design flaws associated with ankle, knee, hip and spinal pain or injury, perform well on uneven surfaces,enable fast downhill runs, provide efficient energy transfer with good shock insulation while still maintaining sufficient road feel and therefore, proprioception feedback. There is sufficient lateral support to allow for secure foot strike. I think that these shoes are something of a design triumph, clearly much thought and experimentation have been involved in their construction. Tarkine has succeeded where others have not. A 10/10 effort.

Mint condition! Can not tell these have even been out of the box!

Shoes arrived quickly and well packaged. I struggle to see any evidence these have been worn before! Awesome comfort and performance, would 100% buy again!
