Saving my bald head!

This is a great product. It is light, breathable, and it has saved my head from sunburn in my runs and umpiring footy up here in the tropical heat. This has been an enormous help, as sunscreen and zinc don't always stay on and are hard to reapply mid-workout due to sweat from the humidity. Makes it hard to stay on, and a wide brim is not practical when running/working out! Recommend these hats to anyone who has to be out in the sun in the tropical north (especially Darwin) and who is working out. Expensive but worth it for mypoor skin!!

Fantastic customer service

I contacted Fractel because I had a faulty hat, and without hesitation they posted me out a new one even though I'd purchased from a 3rd party retailer. The one I originally purchased was out of stock but they said I could choose any other kind. It was resolved and posted immediately, amazing customer service. Thank you so much.
