The product is well made, but the directions are completely off. They do not explain that you’re not trying to connect the top of the form, you just have to put it around it which is misleading. They also in all the many videos that I’ve watched did not explain that you should use a butter based cake mix also misleading. It takes a lot of playing to get it to work whereas all those videos make it look easy Peezy. At no point in those videos do they explain that you need to absolutely go to the website and read everything about it every recipe and why. They just make it like it’s an option for the recipe also misleading. This is not, absolutely not for anyone requesting a cream cheese frosting, and there are a lot of people who want carrot cake, and traditional red velvet. There will be a handful of people wanting the frosting required to use this also not mentioning in the videos or on the website. I bought all three sizes in a package, more expensive than I’ll ever use it for

The form works just beautifully, I made an error on my first use, and the edge was too thick. I adjusted and it's absolutely perfect for making beautiful cakes.

I can finally achieve what has felt so unattainable!!! I am beyond excited!!
