Custom Embroidered Hoodies for Couples, Matching Roman Numeral Date Embroidery Sweatshirts

I purchased the Stitch and Angel couples hoodies based on the product images, which clearly depict the characters placed on opposite sides as a coordinated set. Upon delivery, both designs were printed on the left chest. I was later informed that this is the “default” placement; however, this information was not disclosed at the time of purchase and only communicated after I raised the issue. The discrepancy between the advertised images and the delivered product is misleading and does not align with reasonable consumer expectations. Rather than correcting the issue, I was offered a discount to repurchase the item, despite having already spent over $100. While the garment quality is acceptable, the lack of transparency and unwillingness to remedy a design inconsistency resulted in a poor customer experience. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

The experience was great, even when I made some mistakes the customer service dept reach out to me and made arrangements to correct my order. Only bad part was that at the time of check out the system provides an estimated delivery date. For some reason my order apear as being expected by USPS for close to a week before it was actually in route.
