The most relaxing and relieving!

Our whole family loves these bath flakes! We literally fight over them and buy them on repeat (I highly recommend a monthly subscription). They help you relax before bed and relieve areas of tension of soreness. My son is a very active sports kiddo and he will take a shower post practice/game and then run a magnesium bath. The magnesium helps so much with muscle tension and tightness and overall relaxation.
