Natural Sleep Therapy Bath Salts

Loving these bath salts!

These are the real deal. I have used many different kinds of bath salts for sore leg and feet muscles and nerves. After my bath, I literally am sploot on my bed for at least 30 minutes, completely relaxed. You do not need a lot! It says 1/4 cup but you could even use less. It is powerful. Also drink lots of water after. I love asutra products!

The first time I used these bath salts I literally dozed off in the tub!! I got myself out and into bed and fell right asleep. (unusual for me). A week later I again had an easier time falling asleep after the bath. I often find essentials oils and scented products too strong for my comfort, but this scent is pleasant for me. I have another bath salt I really like too, but the Asutra one is more reasonably priced. And the bonus was receiving a sample of another one of their products that I am now ready to buy. :smile:
