HOKUM 4K/Blu-ray

Terrible. Do not buy from these people. I ordered the 4K Blu-ray and I received a DVD. I tried to return it but I don't have the original packaging so they won't accept it and I tried reaching out to them from their contact page both their emails and it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything from them. Do not trust this buyer.

Like many, I recieved a DVD instead of the 4K. I had a similar experience with The Monkey 4K, where I recieved a bluray. This time they were proactive with communication at least. However acknowledgment is not resolution. The free shipping code is a slap in the face because I don't want to order directly from Neon ever again. Ordinarily I'd give a lot of leeway because of this email. However they made the same claim about The Monkey 4K. I have yet to recieve an order or shipping confirmation for either one of these items. Trust has been violated. The sale was too good to be true apparently.

Wrong item, ordered the 4k and got a dvd copy instead. And that dvd copy was destroyed partially due to terrible packaging from the seller. Don’t waste your time buying directly from Neon, absolutely terrible service and no response from customer service.
