Five freaking stars! With my baby sleeping through most nights now, rest has come in perfect timing and I’m loving how easy it is to wind down and get quality sleep. The best part?? Not waking up drowsy!

I started taking Rest 2 weeks ago. I’m 5 months postpartum with 4 children 5 and under. My kids are all great sleepers (thankfully!!) but I constantly struggled with shutting my brain off at the end of the day and waking up still feeling exhausted. Since taking Rest, my brain becomes quiet (the constant to do lists, etc.), I sleep all night and wake up feeling amazing. I love my coffee but now I enjoy it for the taste and not the immediate caffeine effect. I wake up feeling awake, happy, motivated and rested!! Highly recommend for those moms who battle with the constant to do lists, toddler energy and just need their sleep! 🫶🏻

I started taking this about 2 weeks ago. Started on the lowest dose but recently went to 4. I have gotten the highest sleep score I’ve ever had with my aura ring. I am very excited because sleep has been a pry for a while. I am recommending it to my friends and have successfully gotten one of my friends to order. Love this company❤️
