CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good quality, the two extra pads are nice. The customer service was over the top. My pillow got lost in transport. So I emailed them on Friday morning told them my surgery was on Monday and I needed the pillow ASAP. They emailed me then called me It was at my door before I got home after the surgery at 2pm. on Monday. GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! You don't see customer service like that very much
