Be careful when ordering. They bate you to buy more. I thought I was adding to my order but instead got two separate orders. Then they continued by texting me multiple times from a local area code trying to get me to buy more. The free gift is two eye wipes for your pet. 🤪. It might clean my washing machine but they are an annoying company to deal with so I won’t buy again or recommend them.

Canceled my order. They shipped it anyway even though I emailed them right after the order. Told me they would cancel it. They didn’t, then they told me to refuse the package but they use GOFO who if you miss the carrier there’s not a way to get it back to them. Then they wouldn’t send a return label for the order that I canceled. The worst customer service.

the product is okay I've used it several times I did the preferred instructions wash it for times for separate times back to back with one tablet each time I haven't seen all the gunk and stuff come out of my drum my machine does still have a smell at times but I refresh it again and again and again I'm not unhappy with the purchase but it doesn't work like the video claimed it did
