Great knitted mermaid tail blanket

I love this pattern! It has such a cleverly designed tail that looks better in person. I used two circs because I'm more comfortable with that method and there were no problems. I'm already working on the second one because my granddaughter put claims on the first:)

It is going together, slowly. Have had to have some help understanding the magic loop. I think it will be cute when done.

I was unable to master the circular needles so had to adapt the pattern to use two straight needles. It was a great success and my granddaughter loves it for her doll
