This was one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had in a long time pinball or otherwise.
I ordered a new wireframe for my Creature From the Black Lagoon pinball machine on December 28, and it arrived January 3. Not only is that incredibly fast, but this shipment traveled all the way from Australia to Dayton, Ohio. Even more impressive: free shipping and signature required on delivery, which immediately gave me confidence that they take their products seriously.
From the moment the order shipped, communication was absolutely flawless. I received detailed tracking updates every step of the way, including notifications as the package moved through customs. There was never a moment where I wondered where my order was or what was happening, it was clear, transparent, and professional from start to finish.
When I opened the box, I was honestly blown away.
