Delicious and great price on sale

Bought a 2 pack of 15 oz steaks during the sale. It was great value and quality. Delicious seared, sliced and with a light sprinkle of smoked salt and dab of wasabi. 15 oz of A5 plus 8-10 oz of leaner steak was plenty for our family of 4 adults.

It's amazing in small amounts because it is so rich. The fat is a different kind of fat. It is not gelatinous on your pallet. The flavor is amazing!
