Soft and very flexible. This is our second pair of the same style (I bought the next size up). They look comfortable for my little one to run and play in. And free of toxic materials!

Love the look of these gorgeous shoes, but the top strap is not long enough and keeps coming un-velcroed and thus they come more easily off our little ones feet. Slightly frustrating.
