The first size I ordered didn't fit properly so I exchanged them. Process was easy, product arrived quickly. This is our household's 3rd pair of Xeros. Good shoes 👍

the product never arrived. After weeks in transit I received a notice that the delivery had changed and that I would be informed of a new delivery date. it's been almost a month since purchase and absolutely no movement on this product. I would not recommend buying from this company.
