5SME39NXL3063 GE Genteq Blower Motor ECM 3.0 3/4 HP

I was getting intermittent Fault Code 44 errors (can't communicate with Blower Motor) on my IPC HVAC display. I bought a replacement motor as a back-up in case of a total failure. I received it the next day after I placed the order. The control module by itself was no longer available. A new motor assembly with the control module was about 5 times the cost of the remanufactured motor assembly from United HVAC Motors. My blower motor completely failed this past weekend. Installed the new motor and was back up in running in less than an hour. Great service. I highly recommend.

Carrier Greenspeed system. Replaced the Blower motor due to '44' motor fault code. Easy to switch the old/refurb motor. Currently the blower is working as designed so all good... will need to see how long the refurb lasts for. Easy purchase, fast ship so I'd currently recommend Unlted HVAC if you needed a blower motor.

Customer service helped me identify the exact model I needed, and I installed it myself. My AC is working great now!
