Easy to install everything is included and appears to work well. Also the customer service was outstanding on helping select the correct unit for my system.

I have used your bio-shield 254 nm light to make a light box for UV reactive minerals. (I also had to buy some 254 nm UV pass glass (to filter out all of the other wavelengths of light)), but you light works wonderfully. I am thrilled with your 70 watt light. For context, a year ago, I paid $265 for a 7 watt 254 nm flashlight to illuminate minerals. Compared to that flashlight, the Bio-Shield light is FANTASTIC! It illuminates a broad area brightly. It is everything that I had hoped for. I hope that you do not mind me 'misusing' your light., and I hope that you have a nice day.

I installed two units using duct access doors. This allows quick and easy access to service the lamps when necessary and not having to remove and replace four screws. A little extra labor and one time cost for the doors but long term ease. I used 12X12 doors with thumb latches allowing straight out service. A hinged door would be problematic. The units are functioning well and I believe after much research they will clean our air and reduce our allergies reactions. Both systems have April Aire Merv 13 filters.
