I was so blown away by not just the incredibly functional product but also the company dedication! The founder, Dr Ton, personally called me, unprompted, just to make sure that my order was fully correct and also shared a nice chat with me about the history and science of Hero Loupes! That's almost unheard of nowadays but it really impressed me. My neck and back and energy really benefitted from the Ergo 3.5 and I tell everyone I know that they have to try this company! After looking at multiple brands, I decided to go with Hero. They were by far the most affordable loupes! I worried about not being fitted for them, but with the measurements and the photos you send in when you order, everything was tailored to my eyes. I had a few slight adjustments to make upon arrival, but it was easy to do myself. They’re lightweight, have a great field of view, and have tremendously improved my vision and accuracy treating patients. Definitely recommend!

High quality loupes without really breaking my bank! Measurements were on point and had no issues adjusting.
