Good magnesium mix

It’s hard to find a good magnesium mix that’s not full of the cheap/filler magnesium that you don’t really absorb. So this one is slightly on the higher price but the magnesium combo is great and haven’t been able to find in chemist warehouse etc. Tastes good too if you want to sweeten up your water or smoothie.

I have started taking this on workout days and the day after a workout day. I usually take it after dinner and it seems to help me sleep a bit better as well as speed up my muscle recovery. Tastes good.

Easy drinking

Flavour is really nice berry flavour.I have this morning and night and won't go to a different brand.
