Promised refund, didn’t get it

On my first order, I ordered four different products totaling more than $80. One of the products caused my eyes to sting. I immediately contacted the company via email and let them know that their eye product caused an immediate reaction. I was promised a refund for that product. I never received it. I won’t order from a company that doesn’t stand behind its products.
