Just vibrates. Not sure why it picks the frequency to give feedback but deep notes go thru headphones low notes go thru Woojer. If you crank the volume it will vibrate mid notes when people talk on commercials. Doesn't really simulate what you'd experience with a good subwoofer. When working with Quest 3S, really not worth it. It doesn't pair with the VR unless you plug in separate headphones. Seems like it should be able to work with the VR Headset speakers. No App in Meta store so not sure who they are saying it meant for Meta. During gameplay, there is a lot of adjustment to the intensity of vibration to have it fit with VR games. The vibration on the VR controllers makes more. sense than buying Woojer.
