Sweet Zzz Latex Topper

This is the worst job of fulfillment. I can imagine. It all look good on the surface. The package arrived in a timely way. However, there was no receipt, no paper saying thank you for your order, no instructions on unwrapping or installation of the mattress topper. The topper itself is unusable. The foam insert is bunched up and will not lay flat. We had to Google information on what to do next on the Sweet Z website. Unfortunately, that guidance does not work and because the package did not have any information inside it, we are on our own as to what number we should call to complain. You asked for my review and you got it.

The Latex topper is magical. There is no heavy odor like the plastic stuff. Natural is what humans thrive in. It's nice that companies actually value their customers' health.
