Mark Two

Hoping things get better!

To start I placed an order no issues with stock or anything order complete. I do not hear anything for a week. I send 2 emails and nothing. Finally I get a response saying it was a stock issue for the mark2 and will be sent out that week. Cool no problem. Upon receiving my mark2 opening it up and using it. I noticed the clip on it was loose and wiggly and popping in and out. I was bummed. I reached out to studio neat. They responded quickly and said they would send out a replacement sleeve. Well that was a week and a half ago. When I reached out for the status of the replacement. I got nothing! So I’ve been quite bummed and disappointed so far :(

Best form factor and brilliant ink system

The Mark Two is the pen I never knew I needed and can’t imagine being without. I went with the clipless model and couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for this pen.

Mark 2

I recently purchased a Mark 2, the model prior to the changes and it works well. I am using it with my pocket notebook for quick notes. The magnetic cap works well and makes a great fidget toy.
