Ethiopia, Origins - Natural

Unnaturally okay.

I'm giving this one full stars because there is nothing wrong with it and I'm sure it would be somebody's favorite. If you're looking for the flavor profiles of natural or honeyed beans then this isn't it. In a blind taste and smell test I can't imagine anyone calling this anything but washed. If memory serves me I think I liked their other washed Ethiopian more but I would have to try them side by side. In conclusion, beans good, not the most interesting.
