I preface my reviews with the fact that I don’t claim to have a refined coffee palette. I liked this roast, but I have other faves. Oscuro and Belly Warmer are my regular go-tos. I’m not sure I would buy this one again, simply because I like others more.

Complex and beautiful

This is, by far, one of the most complex coffees I’ve ever tasted. It produces an actual “wow” when you taste it. For this particular coffee it’s not so much about the flavor(s) as it is how they all participate together. It’s remarkable. I’ve never had a coffee take through several renditions of itself and yet that’s exactly what this one does.
