Wrong item continues to be shipped from Amazon and now Downtown Pet Supply

There are two types of 12” bully sticks that are in virtually identical packaging. The 12” USA produced bully sticks are softer and much easier to chew for senior dogs. The South American & Europe produced sticks are very hard and difficult to chew for many dogs. I’ve been ordering these for a number of years from Amazon but they fulfilled my last three orders with the incorrect item…so downtown pet supply suggested I order from them directly…the exact same thing happened…two out of the 3 items I ordered are incorrect. So frustrating. I’m in the process of sending photos to help get this rectified (which I was also instructed to do with the incorrect Amazon orders). Way too costly not to receive exactly what was ordered.
