Custom Metal Portrait

I finally received this gift, and I am happy with the final product. The quality was good, and it was clear that care went into creating it. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. As the guaranteed delivery date approached and then passed, I had to reach out for updates myself. The only response I received was that my order was "in queue" and would ship when completed. There was no additional explanation, proactive communication, or offer to refund the rush fee or shipping costs despite missing the guaranteed holiday delivery date. While I am pleased with the product itself, better communication and follow through on delivery guarantees would have made for a much better overall experience.

Anniversary gift for my wife as this is one of her all time favorite pictures of us. The initial design was great but to see this in person we were absolutely blown away by how amazing it is and how heavy duty the quality is.

Is captured a part of our wedding that was perfect it is so detailed right to the point of my hair I would recommend this to anybody that will listen
