Love this rug!

Rug arrived and within a half an hour we had the padding down (with help from our grandson he loved walking over the pieces to put them together). Then we placed the carpet over the padding. The wrinkles flattened out within a few days. The carpet is super soft and comfortable to walk on in bare feet! Would definitely recommend.

Great Customer Service.

I actually was sent the wrong rug. I ordered the Olivia is Ivory/Neutral. However I was sent a different rug (a blue colored rug, I'm not sure which one it is unfortunately, but we like the quality and rug pad design. (A picture of the incorrect rug is shown). Again, its a nice rug, and good quality, it just wasn't close to the color I had ordered. When I realized it was not the correct rug, I contacted customer service and they fixed the problem right away. A new rug is being sent now and a courtesy discount was applied. So far, the customer service has been one of the best of any companies I've dealt with, which is fantastic. I'm happy to write good reviews for good companies. I'll be using them again for this trait alone. I look forward to getting the replacement :)

Have had the new rug for a couple weeks and so far, really happy with it. Like the light grey background that matches the floor and furniture. It’s super soft to walk on. We don’t wear shoes inside so hoping it won’t need to be washed much.
