Started taking it, it seems to be working great just need to give it a little longer for more results

I have tried the Hormone Balance for a week now and for me a waste of money. I take it regulary as per instructions I have a balanced diet. It has made me nore bloated instead of less and i see no difference in energy or mood, im in peri menapause. I may need to give it more time but cant be doing with more bloat.
