Red Ego Women's 3-Layer Waterproof Hardshell Jacket

I was sent the wrong size. The quality seems good but the customer service is horrendous. They have only an email address and no phone number to call. It took 2 days for them to respond. They said I had to return it at my own expense and purchase as new one. But I had to submit a photo first and wait for my return to be approved. Its been another 4 days and I have heard nothing. I now intend to return both products I ordered and not do business with this company again.

Just about perfect! Hooray! Hope it takes care of me on my Alaska cruise.
