Pasture-Raised FRESH Thanksgiving Turkeys

This was the best tasting turkey I have ever had! I picked out a 19 pound turkey. I put apples and celery in the cavity, salt and pepper and put in in oven set at 325 degrees. I didnt baste it or cover it with foil the whole cooking time. It was done in about 3 1/2 hours. It got a beautiful brown with a crispy skin. I let it rest about 20 minutes then car ed it. Juices ran out of the breast and it was so tender! Easiest best tasting turkey and highly recommend. Its quite expensive but worth it being that Thanksgiving only comes once a year. Very happy with this purchase!!!
