banana elbow guard

I ordered a banana mitt and elbow guard for my grandson's 11th birthday. He opened on his birthday and the mitt was all raveled out and the stitching was undone. We e mailed about the problem and they want us to pay almost $10 to return a defective item to them! There is no customer service number that we can find. This company needs to have someone people can talk to. Very frustrating for these pricy products and no service!! They are the ones that sent us a defective product ...he was so disappointed when he opened it, he has a ball tournament this weekend and now they want me to pay the shipping to return it?!?

Grand was very happy to have it appear - early too He is 11 and the youth is a little big for him.... his brother 7, wants one also but it is way too big... next year may be.
