Deceptive advertising on package deals

Only used it once, but seemed ok. My gripe is about the deceptive advertising for packages. The "upgraded kit" shows a full size honeycomb bed that fills the print area. The "Basic Kit" that I purchased shows it comes with a honeycomb bed but doesn't show it in the main printer picture. Turns out it's the smaller one that doesn't fill the print area. They also offer you insurance for an extra fee during checkout in case you don't get exactly what you think you're ordering, which should have tipped me off.

Great machine for the price, easy to assemble. Just some bolts in the corners and some nuts for the belts, plug 2 wires and you're ready to go! Only thing missing is a proper camera to see the engraving area and wifi capabilities.

After initial build it would not set up.

After watching several utubr videos I built the cutter and followed the instructions for inititial set up. The machine did not home. All connections were checked. The axis do not seem to tight. Still waiting for answers from creality.
