I love these ear pieces. I got these replacements since I usually wash mine and its good to have some in between in case they’re not fully dry in the morning.

Not what I expected

I ordered the small (green) set based on what I was using from my original purchase. I received the product promptly and was pleased the mailing and handling, however, when I placed the green eartips on my ISO and tried to put them in my ear, I found that they are too small and they hurt my ears. I would like to return them, but am not sure how to do that — and I used two of the eartips.
