Terapod - Foot & Ankle Heat Compression Massager

Good product, holds a charge pretty well but also takes a long time to charge. I love all the different options for heat and compression. My only critique is that the strap to go around the lower calf is just too small. I have tiny legs and it barely wraps around and sometimes even pops off during compression. But overall I am happy I purchased this. I use it for 15 minutes before bed every night and it feels great.

The foot massage feels great. It is very relaxing. I can only hope it is increasing blood flow and helping heal my foot pain. I am seeing some improvement. My husband is using it just for the relaxation of a foot rub.

Even if it doesn’t clear your PF immediately it seems to have helped mine, but still early days and I still have heel pain in the morning. But. as a massager it’s amazing! I love using it and the feeling is sensational. I use it every morning and every evening. Love it and if it clears my PF, even better.
