Surprising Results

These insoles are great, my right foot took longer to adjust than my left and sometimes I need to ensure they don't slide too far back in one of my shoes (a matter of 1 or 2 cm depending on how I put the shoes on). They've noticeably improved my walking experience.

Have definitely helped

I got 2 x pair STRYDA and recently bought another 2 to keep in more shoes. I feel that these shoes have helped more than my custom orthotics. I can’t be 100% certain because I also had other treatments to help with Plantar Fasciitis and post-tib tendinitis. Still they feel great and are my preferred insole now
