I am training for a half marathon and I needed a spare pair of shoes for training and the race. I heard about Tarkine on the Peak 2 Soon podcast months ago. As I looked for shoes, I remembered Phil Gore's world record and thought that I needed a shoe with ultimate comfort. I was lucky. It's hard to find anything in a UK 13. Tarkine had the Auto Pilot in my size, in Burst Reverse Colourway and on special as a Re-Run. I can't tell them from a brand new pair. And they feel great. A worthy replacement after years of ASICS Gel Nimbus. And at a big discount! 5 stars
