You get what you pay for and compared to the blade I replaced this blade is absolutely superior! I seriously thought I was gong about shaving wrong due to the lack of a closer shave and the need to go back over an area but with this blade once is enough and twice may make a baby jealous of how smooth you skin will be. The blade in looks is rather quaint in a very pleasant way. The scale simply outclasses the last one in feel and durability.
