Great Quality

While technically not a true Kamisori, it is the perfect mix of the two, almost. The razor itself quality is great, down to the finest details. The fixed handle is very comfortable and easy to switch grips on the fly; unlike a true kamisori, it has a symmetrical edge, which is very nice for shaving with either side of the blade, and I prefer much more than the asymmetrical profile of true kamisoris. The only fault in the razor is the tip. The tip looks cool, but is just extra unsharped metal put past the blade, that just makes it hard to shave your sideburns. I really would have preferred a different tip, for better functionality. Beyond the razor itself, I was disappointed that for something so expensive, it came wrapped in tissue paper in the shipping box. I really think it should have come with a fitting coffin, or at least a small cardboard box; especially since it won't fit in standard razor coffins. I was also very frustrated that the site lists it as in stock, but it is actually made to order, with a 2 week lead time, but noone ever tells you, till you contact them to figure out why it hasn't shipped! Lastly, if its gonna be made to order, why on earth are there no options??? Different tip options especially???
