Great customer service
Dryer aspect works well, brush doesn’t get tangled in my hair. I’d first had full sized brush but diameter was so large I didn’t get any lift or curl in my thin hair. Customer service was very accommodating, said I could exchange it for smaller travel size. Return was very simple and efficient. Travel size is shorter but not that much smaller. I’ll keep it and do use it but hope a smaller diameter brush might be available someday.

Excellent customer service a plus
Handy little dryer-brush, lightweight and easy to pack for trips in U. S. I also can’t say enough for the excellent customer service staff. When I had a question I reached out via email and they could not have been more helpful or pleasant. This company stands behind their products. (I also use this brand of conditioner. )
