Urn is beautiful. No flaws, engraving exactly as I ordered, no mistakes. Packing was beyond satisfaction. There was so much bubble wrap and foam cushioning that nothing could move in the package which is what is needed for delicate items. Urn showed up on time and was easily tracked.
