Brass Outdoor Faucet

I love this faucet and how beautifully water is dispensed into my Goodland hot tub. We installed the mount directly on the wood yakisugi slat of the tub and left the faucet attached, which caused the screws in the mount to pull out of the wood after just a couple of days. We reattached the mount with longer screws (drilled holes all the way through the slat), washers, and bolts. I am confident it is not coming off again. We also do not leave the faucet attached to the mount now when it’s not in use.
