Replacement check cord
I had ordered a 50’ black check cord . I received an orange one . After a phone call telling them they mad a mistake they sent me the correct one .
I get it mistakes happen, but in the package was a pre paid shipping tag ,no envelope . So now I have to package it up and bring to post office .
Not a big deal but I would have thought they would have offered at least a coupon for my next order for my inconvenience ?
