This harness has everything. It is high quality and should last for many years. It is so cute that your pup (and you, too) will be getting compliments on every walk. Fantabulous

This is a neoprene type harness. It's well constructed, and beautiful. It's adjustable by changing the tightness & angle of the velcro attachment area. The clip acts as a double security that the dog won't break lose of the harness. My puppy fell asleep in it the first time he wore it. Now that he's growing I will definitely buy the next size up.
