Based on my time in Central and South America, this rub gets it right! A splended balance that's not to spicy that scare away the uninitiated.Hve tried it on steaks, mixed with ground beef, chicken, and even pork. Last night I mixed it in with a limeade marinade for shrimp. Great with cajun coleslaw for po-boys, You all have hit a home run with this one. Thanks!!! Will be purchasing more. This is now my go-to meat rub.

Great new Rub

I tried this new rub as I love Ribeye steaks but was a little concerned it may be overly salty like most Churrascaria style restaurants. Boy am I glad I tried it as it is not overly salty :-) I now mix this into a garlic butter spread and put it on all my steaks. My family enjoys it as well and friends asked "what is on this steak" and are surprised it is a store bought item. Great addition, keep up the good work.

Very flavorful rub

I used this rub on some steaks and it turned out great! The only issue I had was I underseasoned at first. The rub tasted strong when I sprinkled some on my palm to tase it so I went light on the steaks. That turned out to be a mistake and more was needed to bring out the true flavor.
