A Quality Edge-- Easy

I am capable of producing a quality edge by hand with Arkansas stone, or with a Worksharp Precision Adjust but it takes time I'm not willing to invest for my daily knives. The E5 solves that problem plus it does a lot of the prep work required for a great edge.
