Sauerbraten

Made rouladen and potato dumpling used the sauerbraten mix for the gravy and sauerkraut on the side, husband thought he was back in his country. Very pleased

Oh my God! I made it as instructed!

My Husband and I made it and It cooked for 6 hours in the crock pot. I only needed to sear the beef pot roast, I will be ordering more from The German Shop! All the way from Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA.
